Women’s groups, women’s caucuses, union locals, NDP riding associations, and others were encouraged to build support for the women strikers at Fleck by passing this type of solidarity motion. The motion highlights the historic importance of winning this strike for women’s and workers’ rights and calls for the United Auto Workers to create a Public Fleck Strike Support Committee.
