This booklet published by the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) on pay equity highlights examples of different CUPE Locals that fought for pay equity and how they went about achieving it. These include CUPE Locals in York, Renfrew County, Hamilton, and Bruce County. It also provides general tips for those interested in fighting for wage equity and resources for how to get started.
