This is a 1974 flyer from the Toronto Committee to Defend Dr. Morgentaler advertising the Abortion Tribunal and march to defend Dr. Morgentaler taking place on March 9th in Ottawa. The flyer also discusses the intention of the tribunal to challenge the Crown’s appeal of Dr. Morgentaler’s acquittal as well as the prosecution of other medical professionals charged with performing illegal abortions. .
