A letter from the Minister of National Defence Perrin Beatty to Senator Lorna Marsden informing her that he has approved of a number of changes to the Queen’s Regulations and Orders concerning political activities on defence establishments. He briefly outlines the changes to the QRO and assures the senator that they do not infringe on the Charter nor do they compromise the political neutrality of the armed forces.
