In 1991, a Race Relations Working Group on Metro Toronto’s Delivery of Children’s Services was formed to examine issues related to race relations, antiracism, and multiculturalism and Aboriginal concerns in childcare programs, policies, training, and procedures, This 1992 report summarizes the results of a Race Relations Survey of Child Care Programs circulated to child care programs in Toronto and intended to help identify current practices and initiatives.
