An exchange between Organization of Spouses of Military Members president Lucie Richardson and Colonel Fleming regarding a potential survey of the wives living on Fort Henry Heights base. Lucie requested permission in light of new regulations on DND properties, to which Colonel Fleming denied her request. He attached two documents highlighting the recently amended article 19:44 and relevant sections of the Canadian Forces Administrative Order 19-8.
