A study commissioned by the Women’s Bureau, Department of Labour in Manitoba on employment in day care. The Women’s Bureau was concerned about day care from the worker perspective. The objective of the study was to investigate the employment situation of day care workers and answer if Manitoba’s day care centres were staffed by trained personnel and what career paths are available.
