This undated letter calls for support and participation in the second Cross Canada Conference for Abortion Law Repeal hosted by the Canadian Women’s Coalition to Repeal the Abortion Laws from March 16-18, 1973, in Toronto. The letter also discusses public support to repeal abortion laws in Canada and draws inspiration from the Supreme Court decision in the United States which overturned their restrictive abortion laws. At the bottom of the letter is a return slip for people to express interest in attending, donating to, endorsing, and/or helping to organize the conference.
