The Ontario Federation of Labour calls the government discussion paper “New Directions for Workers with Family Responsibilities” and the proposed amendments to the Employment Standards Act “incomplete and inadequate”. It urges the government to withdraw the paper and develop proposals that seriously address the real conflicts of balancing work and family pressures
