This study of children in childcare programmes and perceptions of race and race-related issues was done for the Municipality of Toronto by Dr. Carl James and Hafeezah Muhammad. It helped to inform and motivate the Toronto Chapter’s project to develop anti-racist resources and training for childcare programming and staff.
