This paper describes the Organizational Review Process, its principles, an Organizational Chart reflecting the changes; the functions of NAC, its decision-making process,and the key recommendations and implementation strategy. It provides a rationale for the changes and sets out how the changes will affect the regional structure, the annual general meeting, and the committees of NAC. And finally, it lays out the role of staff and the NAC Executive.
