This 1988 submission by the Equal Pay Coalition to the Pay Equity Commission argues that the Ontario government must take immediate action to amend the Ontario Pay Equity Act and implement pay equity for female job classes with no appropriate male comparators. Currently, thousands of women are excluded from coverage.
