This presentation offers recommendations regarding legislation on federal Human Rights Bill C-72. The recommendations address issues of jurisdiction, discriminatory practices, grounds for discrimination, enforcement, and privacy. Spokespersons for NAC were Kay Macpherson, Ruth Bell, Mary Eberts, Lynn Kaye, Jenny Margetts, Lorna Marsden, Laurell Ritchie, and Mary Two-Axe Earley.
