This CDCAA News Bulletin sets out ideas and proposals for actively making child care a key issue in the 1988 federal election campaign. The kit included leaflets to be handed out at meetings, the proposed new federal policy from the CDCAA, a flyer setting out what can be done in the election campaign, and the text of the Child Care Accord prepared by NAC.
