This is a poster for a Women’s Conference hosted by the Student Administrative Council at the University of Toronto and sponsored by the Ontario Federation of Students. Conference topics include roots of women’s oppression, defence of Dr. Morgentaler, high school and campus organizing, gay women, sexuality, reproductive rights, women’s studies, and women in minority groups.
Rise Up! believes that learning about social movements from original historical materials is an important public good. We believe that these materials should be accessible to the public for research or education and, of course, for discussion and review.
