This is a petition to Frank Drea and Robert Welch from the Ottawa Carleton Day Care Association and CUPE Locals 503 and 2204. regarding the refusal of the Ministry of Community and Social Services in approving funds requested for the Ottawa-Carleton day care budget for 1984.
