This report, written by the Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants (OCASI), examines issues related to settlement and orientation services and programs for immigrant and refugee women across Ontario that operate within the OCASI network. It identifies gaps that exist in said programs and puts forward a series of recommendations for responsive programming for immigrant and refugee women.
