This 1985 pamphlet by the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) is based on an earlier document by the National Union of Provincial Government Employees (NUPGE) with revisions appropriate for their members. The pamphlet provides background material, including definitions, as well as an overview of the effects and causes of sexual harassment in the workplace. It also outlines redress mechanisms for PSAC members, the role of the union and stewards, and the PSAC Harassment Policy. Case studies are also included.
