This booklet by Bonnie Robichaud provides a detailed guide to sexual harassment in the workplace and how to fight it. In 1980, Bonnie Robichaud filed a complaint of sexual harassment and discrimination against her supervisor in the Department of National Defence. The case was ground-breaking. In 1987 the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that sexual harassment is a form of discrimination against women and prohibited under the Canadian Human Rights Act. The ruling also established that employers are responsible for maintaining a harassment-free work environment.
