Minutes from the 13th December 1981 meeting of Bread and Roses, during which the women discussed how to deal with racism, within and without the group. They discussed the white and middle class nature of the women’s movement and the lack of women of colour in leadership positions in the group. They also agreed to create guidelines around addressing racism for future conversations.
