This is a UAW in Canada update of the 1981 brochure of the same name. This 1987 version includes UAW gains at the bargaining table for women, such as sexual harassment protection, maternity leave, childcare, affirmative action, pay equity, and health and safety protection for women workers, including pregnant women.
