This 1994 document was produced by the Canadian Auto Workers (CAW) Women’s and Communications Departments as a Joint Initiative Project of the Ontario Employment Equity Commission. It answers common questions about the need for employment equity programmes. It also includes a short overview of CAW’s history in supporting employment equality.
