This Bulletin prepared by the CDCAA for the 1988 federal election contains materials to be distributed and suggests lines of questioning to candidates. It also includes the text of the Child Care Accord prepared by the National Action Committee on the Status of Women. It contains a critique of the federal government’s proposed Bill C-144, a spreadsheet setting out the parties’ positons on child care, a fact sheet, as well as a proposal for a policy paper.
