The President’s Report covers NAC activities and work of Executive members, as well as government relations and funding through Status of Women. It also notes that NAC is growing as an organization with new members groups, including La Federation des Femmes du Quebec, a number of Status of Women Committees, Women’s Centres, and special groups such as the Rape Crisis Centres. NAC is aiming for greater representation from union women, immigrant and minority groups, and native women’s organizations.

Rise Up! believes that learning about social movements from original historical materials is an important public good. We believe that these materials should be accessible to the public for research or education and, of course, for discussion and review.
