The letter calls for changes to the Ontario Human Rights Code to include the word “sex” and argues that the ‘wilful’ omission of this word is an “act of intolerable discrimination against one-half the citizens of the province”. The New Feminists urge support for Bill 36 introduced by Clifford Pilkey, which would amend the code.
