“Employers, Unions and Child Care” is one of a series of four publications intended to consider child care within the context of the 1990s. Other publications were to include “Arguments for Child Care”, “A National Child Care Policy”, and “Child Care and Education”. The publication was co-sponsored by the Ontario Federation of Labour and the United Steelworkers of America.
Rise Up! believes that learning about social movements from original historical materials is an important public good. We believe that these materials should be accessible to the public for research or education and, of course, for discussion and review.
