This letter, from Kay Macpherson, President of the Voice of Women (VOW) to Lucie Pepin, President of the Canadian Advisory Council on the Status of Women (CACSW), contains a statement on the organization’s activities and a proposal. VOW’s purpose is to unite women to protest against war and promote nuclear disarmament. The proposal from VOW to CACSW is that research in conflict resolution and peace-making techniques be done from a feminist perspective.
