Alternatives to Hysteria – Part III – Birth Control: Who’s in Control? was produced by the Family Planning Program and Laurentian University in 1982. It was written and directed by Women Helping Women, a feminist women’s collective formed in 1977. The video contains interviews and narration on the subject of birth control and women’s sexuality. Women Helping Women had previously made Part I and Part II of the series, also relating to women’s health. The videos were shown to classes at Laurentian University.
