In July 1983, an attempted firebombing of the Morgentaler Clinic upstairs nearly destroyed the Toronto Women’s Bookstore then located at 85 Harbord Street and it was forced to relocate to 73 Harbord. This undated photo of still-empty shelves was taken during the move.
