This photo of Léa Roback being interviewed by Lise Moisin was taken by Judith Lermer Crawley. The interview took place at the book launch of Les éditions du remue ménage publication: Entretiens avec Madeleine Parent et Lea Roback by Nicolle Lacelle during the 3rd International Feminist Book Fair in Montreal in 1988. Léa’s activism as a feminist, communist, pacifist, and union organizer was extensive. It included work with the Voice of Women, as well as the International Ladies Garment Workers Union (ILGWU).
