This 1982 conference on violence against women was organized by the Toronto Rape Crisis Centre. The event included workshops, films, and self-defence, and addressed a wide range of issues related to violence, including sexual abuse and harassment, racism, forced sterilization, women in prison, lesbian oppression, addicted women, women and poverty, and more.
