This 1991 white button was created to support the role of women as members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM).  It features a 3D image of a gear in the centre. The text in the middle of the gear reads “I A of M”. Within the curve of the gear are the words, “International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers”. Blue text curves around the outside of the image reading, “A Woman’s Place Is In Her Union”.
