This button was created during a six week strike against Air Canada in 1985 by over 3000 flight attendants, members of the Canadian Air Line Flight Attendants Association (CALFA). The predominantly female membership sought fairer pay through a 3% wage increase. The button features a white background with blue writing and an X through the Air Canada Logo stating “Vote No/Non Votez”.
