Constitution of the Black Women’s Collective – March 1988

The Black Women’s Collective (BWC) Constitution sets out the objectives of the organization, the duties and responsibilities of members to BWC and each other, and the membership criteria. Racism, racialism, nationalism, sexism, and lesbian oppression/homophobia/heterosexism are defined.
