End the silence on racism in healthcare – Deputation (1996)

The Toronto Chapter of the Congress of Black Women of Canada (CBWC) called for action on key recommendations in their report “End the Silence on Racism in Healthcare” including a commission on systemic racism, mandatory anti-racism education, and monitoring of employment practices.
