Open Letter from DAWN Lesbian Caucus This open letter was written and circulated by the DisAbled Lesbian Caucus of the DisAbled Women’s Network (DAWN) in Toronto in 1986. It is addressed to all lesbian and gay organizations and activists in the city, protesting the exclusion of disabled women from events and organizing spaces due to a lack of accessibility.
