This 1970 New Feminist statement calls for support for the Abortion Cavalcade coming to Ottawa from May 9 – 10, 1970 and for the repeal of the abortion law in the Criminal Code of Canada. It also discusses a Private Member’s Bill to include sex in the Ontario Human Rights Code and a rally at Queen’s Park to gather support for this proposed Bill.
