Equal Pay Coalition Pay Equity Kit – Response to Ontario Government’s Green Paper on Pay Equity

The Equal Pay Coalition presented clear proposals for a single system to cover all workers both public and private sectors in a complaints-based and a pro-active approach to the implementation of Equal Pay legislation. They also proposed appointing a Commissioner and Tribunal to administer and implement the legislation.
