Among the attendees are the Honourable Elaine Ziemba (Minister of Citizenship), Fred Upshaw (OPSEU President), Beverley Johnson (OPSEU Race Relations Minority Rights Committee), and June Veecock (Human Rights Director of Ontario Federation of Labour). The meeting was held in April 1991, in Toronto.
