Inequality at Work This undated booklet was prepared in the early 1980s by Mary Anne Coffey for The Social Planning Council of Metropolitan Toronto and the Affirmative Action Departments of the Board of Education for the City of Toronto. It looks at the growing role of women in the workforce and examines the inequalities they face. Topics covered include the numbers of women in the workforce, equal pay, opportunity, and union representations, as well as systematic barriers.
