Meeting Women’s Training Needs: Case Studies in Women’s Training Phase II Report 

This 1994 report, created by Susan Wismer and Karen Lior, represents Phase II of the Towards a Labour Force Strategy: A Framework for Training for Women project. This project aimed to enhance women’s educational and training opportunities with the goal of working towards full economic equality for women. The report identifies case studies that exemplify the project’s principles and guidelines in implementing effective training for women. It was prepared for the federal/provincial/territorial Joint Working Group of Status of Women and Labour Market Officials on Education and Training.
