Produced by the National Action Committee on the Status of Women (NAC) Survival of the Planet Committee, this pamphlet argues that women should vote “No” on the US-Canada Free Trade deal because women’s issues and social programmes will be sacrificed under pressure to “harmonize” and to increase military spending. Our ability to develop economic and environmental policies that promote sustainable development will be undermined.
