Position Paper on Day Care – OFL Executive Council Meeting

This early position paper on day care was prepared by the Social Services Department for the Ontario Federation of Labour (OFL) Executive in June 1972 and argues that there is a pressing need for more day care centres. Currently, thousands of women in the work force are penalized by the lack of facilities.
