Report (1981): Daycare Deadline 1990 – A Brief to the Government of Ontario

In 1981, the Ontario Coalition for Better Day Care submitted this brief to the Government of Ontario along with its many partners, including the Ontario Federation of Labour, different Teacher Federations and other professional association, and a number of unions. The brief addresses the changing needs of families and principles of quality daycare, and offers recommendations for both Ontario and federal government action.
