Ontario Pay Equity Law: One Million Denied

This 1988 pamphlet by the Ontario Federation of Labour and the Equal Pay Coalition brings to light over one million women who have been denied coverage under the Ontario Pay Equity Act of January 1988. The pamphlet describes current pay inequity occurring under the Pay Equity Act and offers proposals for change.
