OSSTF Status of Women Membership Survey 1985: Conclusions and Recommendations This report summarizes the main conclusions and recommendations from the 1985 Status of Women Membership Survey done by the Status of Women Committee on changes to women’s employment status and access to promotion. The report noted that real progress had occurred primarily in school boards where there were long-standing affirmative action programmes with measurable goals and timelines. Women’s family responsibilities continued to be a primary barrier. Metadata Title: OSSTF Status of Women Membership Survey 1985: Conclusions and Recommendations Date: 1985 Region: Ontario
