This undated pamphlet created by the Hospital Employees’ Union (HEU) provides an overview of the HEU’s Pay Equity campaign including explanations of what pay equity is, why women deserve it, and how no one in the workforce is disadvantaged as a result of pay equity. It also discusses how the HEU is advocating for pay equity in the healthcare industry and when pay equity will be a reality.
