Reproductive Rights – A Statement of Principle

This 1979 statement by the Planned Parenthood Federation of Canada, the National Action Committee on the Status of Women (NAC), Canadian Association for the Repeal of Abortion Laws (CARAL), and the Young Women’s Christian Association of Canada (YWCA) reviews the organizations’ pro-choice stance and principles. It includes information in response to anti-abortion arguments as well as responses to the “Coalition for Life” questions posed to persons running for public office.
