Stop Harassment – A Guide for CUPE Locals

This undated guide by the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) provides information and resources for CUPE locals about forms of harassment in the workplace and what actions can be taken against it through the union and/or with the employer. The guide defines “harassment” and each form of harassment (sexual orientation, racial, personal, etc.) as well as model contract language and related legal information.
