What is Housing Intensification?

This undated pamphlet by Women Plan Toronto describes housing intensification and its economic and environmental benefits. It analyzes housing intensification from the standpoints of both tenants and homeowners. It argues that the 1992 Metro Toronto Official Plan, entitled “A Liveable Metropolis”, is too vague to effectively implement housing intensification.
